Contest Terms and Conditions

- The contest is organized by V-One Ventures Private Limited.

- The contest is open to all participants.

- There is no entry fee and no purchase required to enter into this contest.

- By entering into this contest, the entrant expresses his/her agreement to be bound by all the below-mentioned terms and conditions.

- You can participate from one platform only. Multiple entries on the same or different platform will mean disqualification.

- The contest is meant for participation only on the following Two platforms:

Valentine’s Day Contest 2021

The contest starts on 12th February 2021 at 2:00 PM and closes on 14th February 2021 at 2:00 PM.

- All the entries received after the above-mentioned timings will be considered disqualified.

- No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatsoever reason.

The rules of the contest and how to enter the contest are as follows:

1. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions without any prior notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, Act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organiser’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the organiser.

2. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The prize is subject to availability and the organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another product of equivalent value without giving any prior notice.

3. To be eligible, one must follow the official brand page on the social platform that he/she is participating from and ‘Tell us a song that turns you into a Romantic and Why?’.

4. In your comment, do mention the name of the song and Tag the person you wish to dedicate it to.

5. Use #PLAYGOBH70 and #LoveForMusic

6. The winner will be chosen basis the song selection and not necessarily based on a specific social media platform.

7. One lucky winner will stand a chance to win a PLAYGO BH70, World’s First AI-Headphones.

8. The winner will be announced via Story and notified by email and/or DM on all three platforms. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement for the winner. The discretion to choose the replacement lies solely with the organiser.

9. The organiser will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/delivered. Due to the current COVID-19 scenario, the time of delivery of the prize is not committed but will be intimated to the winner as per the ongoing situation.

10. The promoter’s decision with respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. By entering into this contest, an entrant is expressing his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely as per current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.

13. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
