Here are the rules for the upcoming contest, let’s PLAY!

Contest Terms and Conditions

- The contest is organized by V-One Ventures Private Limited.
- The contest is open to all participants.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase required to enter this contest.
- By entering into this contest, the entrant expresses his/her agreement to be bound by all the below-mentioned terms and conditions.
- The contest is meant for participation only on the Official Instagram page of PLAY.
- The contest starts on 21st January'23 at 2:00 PM and closes on 26^th January'23 at 06:00 PM.
- All the entries received after the above-mentioned timings will be considered disqualified.
- No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatsoever reason. 

The rules of the contest and how to enter the contest are as follows:

1. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions without any prior notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, Act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organizer’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to the entrants as soon as possible by the organizer.

2. The giveaway is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The prize is subject to availability and the organiser reserves the right to substitute the giveaway with another product of equivalent value without giving any prior notice.

3. To be eligible, one must follow @playonsocial on Instagram and follow the steps as per the rules of the contest.

4. Make a reel using I PLAY MY WAY audio, post it on your feed & story and tag us on @playonsocial.

5. Tag 5 friends to participate in the contest.

6. Use #IPLAYMyWay #WorldOfPLAY #RepublicDay

7. 10 lucky participants qualifying all the above-mentioned criteria will be announced as winners and rewarded with one giveaway product as per the discretion of the organiser.

8. PLAY team will select the winners as per the qualifying criteria shared.

9. The winner will be announced via Story and notified by email and/or DM on Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement for the winner. The discretion to choose the replacement lies solely with the organiser.

10. The organiser will notify the winner as to when and where the prize will be delivered or can be collected.

11. The promoter’s decision w.r.t all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. By entering into this contest, an entrant is expressing his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely as per current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party. 

14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
